Houses are in short supply and in demand … but despite this ‘the boys’ are finding it hard to reduce the listings for apartments …
COVID-19 brought it home just how unpleasant living can be in some apartments … a box in a wall …
AND then there’s the ‘rental apartments’ … that’s another story … so many airless and suffocating …
With no outlook apart from a giant retaining wall … OR peering into the living room opposite …
… german cockies in the cupboards, scurrying on the carpet, in the appliances …the plumbing their Super Highway …
… what’s that banging on the floor upstairs?
… grease in the stove fan … grease in the oven … grease like glue in the workings of the cooktop … the stove no longer works
… power points lifting off the wall
… no power point for the laundry/bathroom
… steep decline to the carspace
AND the high spice cuisine … wafting in day and night
That’s not enough for ‘the boys’ they want 60,000 more tenants like these back in the Melbourne CBD.

CURRENTLY … house prices are growing at the rate of 25 – 30% annually but ‘the big Boys’ want more by relighting this POPULATION GROWTH and alleging that will protect Australians at the same time, but how?
