TOPLACE conversion of ‘The Hills’ to look like another Shanghai … Yuk! And inappropriate …
NOT satisfied with its 46 Tower development at Cherrybrook, flashy Toplace Developer, Jean Nassif has revised his June proposal for a total development of 791 dwellings at SHANGHAI’d Castle Hill. Of which 213 dwellings would be converted to serviced apartments.
HOW can NSW INC even allow this? With much of Australia esp. NSW burnt out … who will visit Australia now? Not even the money laundering Chinese … the demand will be ZIP!
WHY because …
–Warragamba dam at 43% or less capacity
–Burrendong Dam (near Dubbo, Central West) at 1.6% capacity
–80% Blue Mountains World Heritage Site burnt
-50% Gondwana Rainforests burnt
-Sydney Desal Plant expansion will take 2 years to complete
However … despite this the Property Sector persists …
